And her constant love and patience
Were like coals upon my head,
Together with the imprints
Of her elbows on my bed.
And so at last the fight was won,

By her elbows on my bed.
The Other Side of Asking
I asked for Strength… And God gave me Difficulties to make me strong.
I asked for Wisdom… And God gave me Problems to solve.
I asked for Prosperity…And God gave me a Brain and Brawn to work.
Below are some truths all of us are advised to commit to memory and never forget:
* Remember to take the days just one at a time.
* Remember that your presence is a present to the world.
* Remember that you are a unique and unrepeatable creation.
* Remember that your life can be what you want it to be.
When something happens to you, good or bad, consider what it means. There’s a purpose to life’s events, to teach you how to laugh more or not to cry too hard.
You can’t make someone love you, all you can do is be someone who can be loved, the rest is up to the person to realize your worth.
